After you submit your inquiry, I’ll contact you within 24 hours, typically via email, to kick off the process. We’ll have a brief discussion to clarify your vision and gather key details about your project and preferences. Once I have your responses, I’ll provide a project proposal, timeline, and contract for your review.

Once we’ve finalized the details in a simple commission agreement, I’ll send the first invoice for a non-refundable deposit (as discussed initially). Once the deposit is received, I’ll begin bringing your painting to life!

As I work on your painting, I’ll keep you updated with regular email progress shots. Once the artwork is complete, I’ll send you a final photograph for your approval, ensuring it’s exactly as you envisioned.

Your satisfaction is my priority, so I include two rounds of minor revisions within the agreed-upon quote. This ensures your commission is completed both on time and within budget. In the rare event you’re not fully satisfied (which has never happened!), your deposit can be used as credit in my online store, and I’ll make the finished painting available for purchase elsewhere.

Once your commission is approved, you’ll receive the final itemized invoice. After payment is received, your artwork will be ready for collection or shipped to its final destination.
